This book teaches us how we can overcome shame. That we should surrender to this feeling and eventually get over pass it. This book is well paced, and makes you feel that you are not alone. There are techniques presented such as journal ling and meditation that would help up to free ourselves from self hatred. It teaches us this form of self expression,feel positive shift physically and emotionally.

This is really helpful book. This book imparts us how we can astounded shame. That we should capitulate to this feeling and finally get over pass it. There are methods offered such as journaling and meditation that would help up to free ourselves from self-hatred. It explains us this form of creativity.

yes, I considered the audio edition of serving up shame: freedom from the emotions that originate from alcoholic parents to be better than the print version, it more useful than print version.
I like all the character in this story. And all the characters are my favorite.
I like 4th scene in this story. It was more interested and my favorite one in this story.
I remember some ideas from this book which is very interesting, and my favorite one.
