This is not a standalone book, but if you're already familiar with the concept of self-love and need a good boost of inspiration to start (again) taking better care of yourself I can highly recommend to listen to the ideas in this audiobook and pick the ones that resonate with you. Some of the tips are basic, others I hadn't come across before, but all of them have a low threshold to actually put them in practice (as opposed to some self-help books I've read where the gap between where you are and the author wants you to be is just to big).
I've both read and listened to the book and it keeps being a great reminder for me. I own multiple businesses and to win in business you need to practice self love to become a greater version of yourself and boost all areas of life and relationships. If you're looking to start practicing and boosting your self love (how cheesy that may sound) this book is a great start.
