At the heart of any successful person, is self-discipline. A person who have self-discipline knows how to save, knows how to prevent being tempted and a loyal person. I liked the speaker voice and the intonation. Great mixed and appropriate in the theme of the book.
This book has been really inspiring and helpful on giving tips and inputs for self discipline. It has opened my mind to overcoming the obstacles that delays us form being the best version of ourselves. The author addresses the myth behind habit building and freedom, and gives actionable and very practical how to change your life around. While many of the ideas are common sense there are so many seemingly obvious things that we forget to do on a daily basis. This is a great book for anyone needing a little help to get back on track. Some great information!
My favorite part was when it talked about increasing your productivity and decreasing about the things in your life that hold you back. Things such as video games, television shows, and other things that really have no positive impact in your life should be diminished or lessened.
The most memorable moment was when it talked about giving examples of everyday life in improving your self discipline.
