Maybe if you have never run in your life or have been some type of athlete this might be of some use. Too superficial. Not enough information even for a beginner.
It sounded like the presenter had to meet the 30 minute time limit so it was very mono tone and sounded like run on sentences.
This is a book for those looking for inspiration on why they should start to run. Not so much for those that have decided to start, and are looking for some instructions on how to properly build stamina, obtain the best way to run.
Good book for the right listener, choose wisely.
