Great book
This book gives very concrete steps one needs to take in order to do real estate investing and buying rental properties. I've listened to it once and will re-listen several more in order to retain as much as possible. Have not yet tried the outlined steps but planning to in the future.

Does it drive anyone else nuts the way the narrator says potential? Anyway, this book teaches you many things in the world of real estate, not sure why so many people said it’s only good if you want to buy an apartment building in Portland- really?
