It works as advertised.
Both my husband and I enjoy this for those nights when you just can't fall asleep for whatever reason.
Okay it goes like this, you can't get to sleep and purchase a program fom audible called restful sleep. And darned if the thing doesn't work! You get lulled to sleep before its even over. And then this booming voice loudly proclaims "Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program" at which point you are more awake than you were before.
This would be great if they would just cut the tag line at the end!
But until then stay away.
