In this audio you will be guided through several simple exercises to help you let go of anxiety, to soften and release any worries you may be holding onto and reduce stress. Each of these exercises are quick, simple and easy to use but it is recommend that for the first few times you try them you find somewhere to sit quietly so that you can close your eyes and focus all of your awareness within your mind as you follow through each step of the exercise with focused attention. Once you have gone through these steps a couple of times you will soon find that you can do these exercises on your own, in almost any situation where you feel you need to take back control of your thoughts.
