I absolutely love this audiobook. I think the work you have done here not only four and with reiki, but the research and effort that was put into this work are absolutely all worth it. it is beautiful. the only reason I did not give it five stars was because I would love to see a note or memo somewhere stating how significant it would be to have the paper copy instead of audiobook. maybe offer a combo.. it was difficult for me to try to bookmark everything I wanted to come back to. and as I listen in the car a lot of the times, there were many bookmarks that were missed and many that I did not get to title. I would love to have, and probably will purchase, the hard copy of this book. what a fantastic start to what I hope, I mean absolutely will be a big part of my future!

Good for beginners.

It was good for people who want to get a glimpse at Reiki and it's principles. I would have liked it to include the second level symbols included to visualize them.

For an over all feeling of well being

I had never heard of Reiki before this book and wasn't able to do the exercises along with it. As I was doing other things. But am looking forward to fall and life slowing down a bit so that I can take full advantage of this audio book. It was very informative and you made it very easy to understand. I received this book free to review it. When I received the offer I almost passed because I had no clue. I am so glad I went ahead. I have learned a lot and plan on doing this.
