I'm absolutely convinced this audio works
I've got a couple of these hypnosis audios and this is definitely the most effective. It's like I'm addicted to listening to it before sleep now because I know I'll have a much more productive day following. It is quite strange when you wake up and realise the track has just finished.

Maybe I should give it a 5...
I haven't been able to listen to the whole thing. :) Guess it's doing it's trick? I do fall asleep more completely, rest well, and wake up refreshed. Not sure how much more energy and motivation it gives me, but if a restful night is precious to you (it is me) it's well worth the download.

AMAZING
So very relaxing. Most definitely recommend using ear buds. I get comfortable and close my eyes. I begin trying to relax as I hear sounds in the background beyond his voice. Then, listen to the echoes that softly fade as a new one begins. Without fail my body ALWAYS starts getting restless; The ear buds are not comfortable, my leg itches, I want to lay on my tummy now, my arms going to sleep, my hair feels funny Etc. are all thoughts that begin to fill the spaces in my mind that were just moments ago determined to relax. I now start thinking there's no way I'm going to fall asleep let alone get any of the benefits from the subliminal message that are to help me when I wake because I'm so uncomfortable and focusing on everything else. this is the usual anytime I try to to listen to something and relax. but I work through it and before I know it I am asleep and don't realize how I got there .
When I wake up I definitely feel refreshed. I can't stay I wake up with bells on my toes ready to conquer the world but I do wake up in a very nice mood without lagging to at least put my feet on the ground and that is definitely something worth giving this a try for quite a bit longer. I would definitely recommend this book for anybody willing 2 make the effort to fall asleep without any medication nightly. Glenn's voice and the sounds in all of his work are soothing. Almost a motherly comfort but spoken with a soft masculinity. His speech is clear and without heavy accent.

Best of the Best!
I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who has wished for help getting to sleep. I have used many meditation and self-hypnosis tapes over the past 15 years with varying degrees of success.
I have certainly not expected anything new and outstanding to come along. But then I kept coming across rave reviews for Glenn Harrold who wrote and recorded this tape. I gave in to hope and purchased it and....it works!
He uses a totally different technique than the others I have heard. Please do use ear phones if you can because you will hear all of the different suggestions and different tones that he combines. He overlays his sentences with other sentences at times. You will see what I mean if you get this. And the music is so easy and unintrusive. His voice is perfect for this kind of tape.
If you have as much trouble as I do sleeping then you will understand my enthusiasm for this. I hope you have the same great results that I have had! Best wishes.

Wow!
I have only listened to this twice now but I had to write about my experience. This is the first self hypnosis audio book I have ever bought. I am not sure if it was my expectations or it really did do what it said it would do, but the first listen resulted in an entire day of house cleaning, furniture moving, and finishing of a project I have been putting off for about 6 months. I look forward to continued listening and plan on purchasing more of Glenn Harrold's audio books. I got more out of this than anti depressants, therapy or any other self help book I have ever read. The narration was pleasing and soothing, and I am looking forward to seeing how my work day goes tomorrow!

yea i never had such a beautiful deep sleep....i dont know if ive gained motivation or energy. but i have tried it alot of time now and i get knocked out in a matter or minutes. so if you want a wonderful sleep try it.

Maybe its working
So far I have listened to this about five times. Often, it knocks me right out. Since listening I have noticed an ability to stay somewhat more focused at work. It may be the tape or perhaps work is more interesting. I remain sceptical. Nevertheless, I think at this cost it is worth a try and I will continue to use it, even if it really amounts to a sleep aid for air travel.

If you could sum up Raise Your Energy & Increase Your Motivation in three words, what would they be?
2 words: Bottled Motivation
What about Glenn Harrold’s performance did you like?
Very soothing voice and he does a nice job of lulling you into the trance especially for someone like me who is new to hypnosis/hypnotherapy. He also does cool audio tricks that are supposed to speak to your subconscious. I think they actually work.
Any additional comments?
I had some trial and error with this and I would recommend that you NOT listen to this before bed. The first 2 days I did and then my daughter woke me in the middle of the night and I was WIDE AWAKE and ready to "do stuff". I could not get back to sleep and ended up listening to a separate deep sleep track to "un-energize and demotivate" myself.
Now I set my alarm clock 30 minutes earlier, wake up and play the track to start my day (you can fall back asleep as you listen). Then when its time for me to actually wake up I AM READY!
This has worked wonders for me getting my small business up and running while maintaining my full time, 40 hours a week) job. I have the motivation and energy after I leave work for the day to do what needs to be done for my small business.
I am excited about life and can't wait to see where my progress 6 months from now.
