    Excellent little book to begin healing your life mentally, physically, spiritually. In truth, it may be all you need, more is not always better.

    "A nice concise overview"

    This was a nice good overview of how the process works. While listening to it on audiobook probably did not do it justice I did get the general idea. I will probably look into more information about this topic.

    "QIGONG"

    I absolutely love this audiobook and found it very useful and helpful. Qigong is something I plan to incorporate into my daily routine. I already meditate and I'm infinitely grateful to be able to learn something to practice along with my meditation. And not just for myself but everyone could use this book. Here's a quick synopsis of what you'll learn from this audiobook.

    Qi is energy and the lifeforce of all that exists. Gong is a skill refined through repetition. Together meaning "refined energy." Posture, breathing, and focusing on intent through the mind by reaching a higher state of awareness through meditation. It increases positiveness and balance and is good for anyone at any age. And it's a great stress and pain reducer.

    Explained here are techniques such as breath work, movements, and meditation that are used in Qigong. It's important to clear the mind and quiet the thoughts. If you find it difficult to turn off your busy thoughts just remember this takes practice. Don't give up. Stay positive and as the book says, use positive affirmations in the present tense~I AM rather than I will. Repeat them while practicing Qigong.

    This book is such a gem. I would highly recommend listening to it.

    Charles Orlik does a terrific job explaining Qigong and the steps to take in the practice. He speaks clearly and he explains the breathing and the exercise techniques in an easy to understand way. His reading of this book was even in a positive, upbeat manner. Great job!
