I love it! It makes me feel happy and content every time i listen to it, the imagination i use because of the audiobook is making me feel all warm inside and effects are showing slowly but surely. The only thing i don't like is that in the second part they add a sound which i think needs to resemble the sound of the sea, yet it gives me headache. The good thing is that the spoken words in part 2 are exactly the same as in part 1, so i just play part 1 twice :-)
I have always had the greatest respect for Edgar Cayce as he was and still is a prominent authority in his field.

There seems to be something missing from the start of the audio book... it sorta just starts in what seems like the middle of something. I was expecting some type of guided meditation with affirmations; nope, just a very monotone reading of some short phrases. Do not recommend.
Charles Thomas Cayce, grandson of Edgar Cayce narrates. Except for Edgar Cayce himself, who better to narrate? His voice is pleasant and soothing.
I have always been a follower of Edgar Cayce and wished I had the opportunity to be taught by him. This pre-sleep series in a great opportunity for me to do so. I listened to this audio fully awake the first time and listened all the way through. It does talk you into sleep as it continues to speak and teach how to change your life to receive abundance. After the first night of listening, I remember falling asleep halfway through. When I woke in the morning, my mood was very positive and I had noticed that I felt optimistic about everything and everyone. Even my blood sugar was stable throughout the day. In fact I felt happier than I had in a very long time. I felt positive. That is all I can say. I will continue listening each night. My husband wants to try the better sleep in the pre-sleep series.
"Poor quality recording."
More quality recording and editing. The book is made up of two parts. The latter which is the main part of the 1 hour book have a loud audio hiss like a roar throughout the narrative. Its difficult to believe this is acceptable quality to sell to the public.
Long inexplicable gaps pauses.
"Amazing effects when you listen to this a few nigh"
This audio is a must when you may have hit a wall, a bit like writers block, it reawakens the inspiration and desire to continue with what you would love to do. Relaxing way to fall asleep and stops your mind wandering to the negative elements that are holding you back whilst you rather focus on empowering thoughts and realities. A thoroughly relaxing sleep ensues...
