Thanks to this book it helped me pass an certification exam I have been working on passing in the span of 4 years now. I am an adult and I have forgotten the ways of the college student study all nighters sessions. Due to family and work demands I just never had the time to correctly study. I would get so nervous and filled with anxiety that I would melt in my chair everytime I took it, but this time I used this book 4 months ahead of my exam date and used this book every other day to help me calm myself down and study properly. It worked! I passed with flying colors! Belive or not, it is the honest truth! THANK YOU!
I was skeptical at first, but was willing to try anything at this point. But it worked great! I passed my exam after failing the first time, and I was also more relaxed, and did not have anxiety as usual during the test. I listen to it every night, and fall asleep.
During my first year of law school, I was sick with nerves during each exam period. I bought this with a skeptical but hopeful outlook. It seems to have worked, because I'm much more calm and collected this time around. While some of that may be attributable to the "been there, done that" life experience factor, I can't dismiss this program's effect.
At first, I found the speaker's voice annoying, however, as I listened to the programs a few times, it became less so and was more effective. The first selection gives you techniques to calm yourself during the exam, the second is more "positive reinforcement", though I like the tone of the second more. I also like that there are two programs, each under 30 minutes, so if I'm pressed for time I can listen to only one, or if I have more time I can do both.

I'm sceptical about hypnotherapy.
He doesn't sound as patronising as some.
I think this book is one of the better ones in the genre but am not a huge fan and am not sure it'll help me much if I take any more exams in the future.
