After listening to it consistently for three weeks, I have gained a much more positive outlook on life. Now I am able to appreciate what is good life. I am more optimistic. I found this audio very useful and easy to listen to.I aquired from the internet infomation about the research behind it, and found it helpful for me to fully understand the methods behind the programme.I now find myself changing some of my self defeating habits and thinking patterns without eeffort. One of the many helpful ideas from the audio is that possitive thoughts and thinking is not nescessary automatic but a little effort can initiate and sutbtle and powerful change. I would recommend this type of programme to anyone.
