It’s always great to get your planning and action steps in order. Never give up, cover all areas right up to the restaurant music you choose and you will make it. It covers the hiring process, talks about the cooks and some marketing thoughts. And even scoping out the competition. I wonder if most people can write this exact same book if they were given just the chapter topics. Entire book seems to be improvised and very broad answers. Audio sounds great and the format is simple.
Spends 2 of 7 chapters on visualizing a crowd outside your restaurant and has pearls of wisdom like "if there is no cooking in the kitchen, there is no food for the patrons to eat."
This is the worst . Any person who has ever went into a restaurant or watched a tv show with a restaurant in it could write this book. DO NOT waste you audible credit on this . Don't waste your money or time . No useful info for people trying to open a restaurant . Get setting the table or restaurant man do not get this book ever
Ugg waist of time just save you money. I could have downloaded a podcast and would be the same if not better.
