This book is mostly common sense. However, Matthew Kelly’s genius is the way he lays out simple and logical points that motivate you.
I am always looking for practical business help. I have read other Matthew Kelly books and have found them to be filled with good practical knowledge. I am big on character building; his works can really help in this area. Like all practical knowledge you have to take the time to apply it to see the results. Great book, made me think about my life differently. Easy to listen to. There are a few surveys to take to get the listener thinking and assessing. I have listened twice and that's rare for me.
