Motivador !!!
Éste libro es maravilloso tanto que lo escuché dos veces. Todo lo que habla el doctor César Lozano es muy certero y me Ayudo mucho a desengancharme de muchas cosas que me tenían estancada. Recomiendo este libro a cualquier persona que sufre de ansiedad depresión o sólo necesitan unas palabras de aliento.
