Most people think success comes from good luck or enormous talent, but many successful people achieve their accomplishments in a simpler way: through self-discipline. Brian Tracy knows this firsthand. He didn’t graduate from high school, and after working for a few years as a laborer, he realized he had limited skills and a limited future. But through the power of self-discipline, he changed his life, achieving success in sales and marketing, investing, real-estate development, and management consulting. He has consulted to more than 1,000 companies, given motivational speeches and seminars to more than four million people in 40 countries, and written 45 books.
No Excuses! shows you how you can achieve success in all three major areas of your life:
Each of the 21 chapters in this audiobook shows you how to be more disciplined in one aspect of your life, with end- of-chapter exercises to help you apply the “no excuses” approach to your own life. With these guidelines, you can learn how to be more successful in everything you do—instead of wistfully envying others who you think are just “luckier” than you. A little self-discipline goes a long way...so stop making excuses and listen to this audiobook!

No - this book just felt like it was written by someone that was being forced to spit out another business advice book. Nothing groundbreaking here. Sure, its good advice but too often I felt myself yelling "Yes, we know that...get to the point".
No, I'd have them read an earlier Brian Tracy book or a Peter Drucker book (since he quotes him often in this book).
This book could have been titled "How to Succeed in Business in 50 clichés or less"
I understand money, I understand good health and I somewhat understood relationships. BUT I was missing the discipline to take advantage of life. This book helped me tie it all together and take advantage of my previous education.
Take notes and do the exercises as recommended and you'll prosper.
It's not enough to take the shot - you have to hit the target and in the sea of self-help sales books many take the shot but don't hit the target like Tracy does. Countless nuggets of hard learned wisdom to go with his hit 'em with extremely hard and smart work plus big a smile recipe for success. You have to love guys like Tracy who came from the fringe with only street smarts and desire and now teaches the mainstream how it's done
My second time reading this book. And I still love it. This book gives you wisdom and the swift kick in the butt we all need to hear when we start slacking on the things we know we need to do.

I've always enjoyed listening to Brian Tracy as I have purchased his audio tapes, CDs and books for years. He is an excellent and encouraging life coach.
No Excuses captures many of his key ideas making them practical and accessible. If you are looking for success principles and a good kick in the pants, this is a good book.
The format is easy to follow with practical steps at the end of each chapter.
In my opinion this book by Brian Tracy some of his best work. And a must read for anyone who is serious about taking the business and personal life to the next level. I can't emphasize enough how much this book has helped me throughout the years!
Very well told. Loved. Perfectly for all areas of live. A must recommend. Exceeded expectations. Will get hard copy. A +
