This is different.

Chris paves the way to learnig to shoot. Actually learning anything. Reading this book helps to be better not just to shoot better. As an optometrist, I can tell he is on the spot about visual training for shooting better and visual concepts.

Opened my eyes

I have never looked at shooting in this way. From learning as a kid to being a Leo it was always practice practice practice. But if you are practicing the wrong way then it’s just making things worse.

very comprehensive. worth repeated listens

without exploiting the free videos the author offers, it can be difficult to imagine some of his techniques in the mind's eye. however, his methodology is sound and some of his advice has already improved my marksmanship. I would still recommend his compressed or abbreviated audio book though if all you're after is improved marksmanship.

Good enough

Great content overall. Author is vocally xenophobic, homophobic, etc. Abhorrently christian. I understand his political and religious views are his own and he has every right to state them. I just found them irritating and think other potential listeners might as well.
Otherwise useful book. If you follow his advice you will become a better marksman and a faster study. I would recommend this book.

The Scott

Very good training given the format media. This audiobook and its supplemental material is a remarkably valuable training tool, taught in a practical way with an emphasis on effectiveness. If you're serious about becoming a better shooter, this is one of the few audiobook options I've found that is actually quality training material if used properly in conjunction with dry and live fire training.
Well done sir, and thank you for your service!

pick up a lot from this book.

I got a lot out of this book . His common sense approach to making you think about how to become a better marksman in stead of looking for tips to make you better. I would definitely recommend this book to my teammates in the Coast Guard. I hope he writes another one.
