Very Inspiring Book!

If you could sum up Motivation: Holistic Fitness in three words, what would they be?

This book is very good and inspiring To truly get fit, you have to start with the emotional/spiritual fitness..

What was one of the most memorable moments of Motivation: Holistic Fitness?

All the contents where very good nice to her..It’s a comprehensive and holistic approach to well being and overall success which covers pretty much every aspect you can think of.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yeah the book is amazing to her the book makes me to listen in one sitting because it contains many tips and information It's not enough to just be yourself, you need to be your best self.

Excellent, straight forward, and no B.S. This is a very powerful book that motivated me and I'm already motivated. This book is about being fully fit in mind, body, and spirit. And if fear of criticism is a big issue for you, listen this section thoroughly.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely inspiring

I was down for the past few days after having the highest feeling mentally I have ever had I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong or how I was looking a life. But after listening too this book I can actually say it changed my outlook on life it gave me new information that I will have for the rest of my life I inspire to help and inform people just

motivating!

this is the first and the only time i have heard about emotional muscles and it really interested me to find out what are this. And definitely, removing and managing stress, being fit and fab, and of course being healthy will help up achieve success amd happiness. this audio is very inspirational!

I had no hope.

I usually do not do this But so many times in the book you ask for reviews and feedback and I want to share what I felt with you. I have been battling crippling depression which has left me unmotivated to do anything I found no passion in my life was at the verge of losing my relationship and my mind many rude awakenings led me to realize that I was making excuses and that I didn’t want to be the blame for what was going on in my life I wanted to make a change the issue was...I had no idea how. I’ve been depressed and unmotivated for so long that I didn’t know how to get back into it get back into my life. I went on Audible because I didn’t have the motivation nor persistence to actually read a book I typed in what I needed what I needed most was motivation motivation to want to live motivation to get the most out of life motivation to believe in myself and what I deserve in life your book came up they were a few to choose from but this is the one I chose I listened while telling my sed I need to not lie in bed today or watch tv all day I need to do something anything that keeps me active I listened to tour book while I rearranged and cleaned my living room I took so much advise from your book like I thought that I would clean my whole house today but lasted on I said no I’m going to clean the living room fully and tommorrow I will do another room.. Today was a good day I didn’t do any thing crazy or fun but it was the best day I’ve had in a while I will keep this going and running up the hill

This is useful book to listen. The author has given away some useful tips about the emotional muscles. This is really important to be fit emotionally. This book will definitely help the listener to be fit emotionally.

Best Practical Life Coach Motivational Mindfulness Book I’ve read in a long time

Excellent in every facet of mind, body & spirit. Will listen to it again and from time to time. Your presentation and examples are relatable. I’m female, 60 years old, retired from the Army and living in a foreign country across the world from my home country. This was a free book on Audible and I’m so glad I uploaded it. Repetitive and irritating.

Author repeats herself over and over and over. She crams two chapters of info into ten chapters of irrelevant fluff. The narration is pablam. Disappointing all around. If you're looking for motivation to get up off the couch, this NOT your book.

Worst book ever

Tried to get through this book, just couldn’t . Worthless dribble after 5 chapters. If this is an improvement from her first book, I think she has still not found her niche.
