I have listened and read other so-called motivational books, but none gave me the useful tools and easy tips for success. I WILL adhere to the author’s suggestions, and have already put the book’s rituals to work. Excuses are anti-productive, and kept me from doing what I really want to do. I want my mornings--when I am most awake and energized--to be productive. I want a change, and this book listed easy-to-follow techniques. I work from home, and have a spouse, so I have relied on several excuses that manage to make my mornings less than effective: don’t wake him; watch ALL the news; I must drink a lot of coffee first; I need to check and reply to all my emails and social media. These are excuses that need not be anti-productive, and when deleted from my morning, or culled back, I have time for bigger, and better things. The narrator was easy to listen to, and encouraging. The book length was short enough that I am able to listen to it again, to make sure I am using ALL the author’s tips. Because this book was a delight, I plan to read other books by this author.

Telling me that if I get my mornings straightened out, I will be rewarded with time in the afternoon or evening for fun
Yes. It was short enough that I could listen beginning to end while driving. I am listening a second time at home to make sure I did not miss a word.
Enjoyable, and not brow-beating me into changing my routine. I liked that!
What a waste of money. Narration was annoying. The ideas are scattered and disjointed. I actually got to the end and though, "that's it?!" I kept waiting for something besides "success-speak" but got nothing. Nothing helpful here. Avoid this one.
