If you don't know where all of your chakra are, it's confusing & frustrating. For example, she says "put your attention on your 3rd chakra" without any explanation of where it is. Otherwise, the meditation is an amazing healing work. I still love it!

OK so I worshiped her work in Anatomy of Healing or what ever that book was a decade or so ago. This guided meditation just didn't get it done for me. There is only so much of this preaching a person can take. Worse yet her voice irritated me. If you are a devotee of her approach go for it. Otherwize have another cup of coffee.
I did this meditation and I expected it to be short, simple and easy. However, it was VERY in-depth and was a far deeper reaching meditation than I expected. I highly recommend it.
I cried a lot, but it was a good cry. I appreciate the work she has us go thru in this meditation. makes for a very balanced feeling in the body afterwards. love the sounds too. NAMASTE
I enjoyed it its different from the other meditations I've done. It helps you realize things you did not notice and to let them go. I especially loved the prayers and reminders we can say through out the day. Everything you do is what you make of it the energy you put into to it depends on you and how it will work. I enjoyed and appreciate it, Thank you Caroline Myss!!!

I would have preferred it without the background music and hum, which initially I found most annoying, too loud and distracting. I have now listened to this meditation so often that I only hear the words & imagery and barely hear the music any more.
