Works

An incredible approach to either begin the day or end it after work. In the wake of looking into and attempting to lessen my nervousness, I chose to attempt contemplation and I feel it has had a beneficial outcome.

A worthy addition to my library

Recommendations online lead me to this book. To be honest, when i first got it I found the first 10 mins slightly disappointing but after that, it got to some pretty unique points of view which, as other people have stated, were easy to follow!

Let go of anxiety

Brief intro to start Mindfulness.

I want to listen to several books on handling stress and want to increase my focus on each day. This is a nice 45 minute start for me. I will give more time to books on this subject.

Good narration

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Meditation is an easy and simple way for relaxing, just turn the app on and follow the instructions, the audiobook does a nice job in terms of guided meditations as it used simple language, the language used by the author is easy which is helpful when trying to get into meditation.
