Great read For some sort of soothing

Personally I’m a little saturated with material of this content lately, but as far as it goes it is an extremely pleasant listen. Both the narrators are easy to listen to you and peace well. There are meditations sprinkled throughout the book which is just one more reason why it would be great if audible would have chapters that would align with the content and also tables of contents so we could return to the useful parts. Really appreciated the medical perspective woven into the mindfulness pieces, that kept this book above the fray of mindfulness productions recently.

Loved the Duality of their Presentation

Would you listen to Mindfulness and the Brain again? Why?

Yes, I have listened multiple times.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I was familiar, and enjoy the work of Dan Siegel, but this was my intro to Jack Kornfield. I thoroughly enjoyed them both AND the interaction between the two.

What about Daniel J. Siegel and Jack Kornfield ’s performance did you like?

The clarity of their messages

It is very calming and comforting.

Good overview of mindfulness


It goes into how practice of mindfulness affect the Neuro-Biology! It also have couple of good practices of mindfulness !

outstanding

one of the best audio books that I have put on repeat and also have added to my Alexa programming every morning. Specifically chapter 13 is on repeat with this brilliant composition. From author to author, peace and blessings, Conrad Hampton
