Having completed several mindfulness audio books already I highly recommend this one be the first one to put on your list. This book establishes a solid foundation in a very practical manner. Well blended and presented it kept me engaged.

So love his work. The practice of mindfulness is ever expanding and allows a deeper relationship with God ourselves and others.
I enjoyed this audiobook. It confirmed things that I had already learned as well as elaborated on several of them. One example is that one must stay in the moment. Let go of your thoughts to magnify your presence in the moment. Meditation practice helps you to have 100% of yourself present when making critically important decisions. At every moment in your life you're more present for it.
I bought the audiobook, based on the positive reviews, but was very disappointed. The voice of the narrator is quite boring and slow.
I bought the calm app, and thought this book would deeper my mindfulness practice. The truth for me is this is very basic mindfulness concepts.
Another negative point are the exercises suggested in the Audi book, because is difficult to practice them without visual help.
I have noticed a huge difference in how I react to life's stressors. I will continue to listen to the meditations and I love the poetry chosen and read in this beautiful book. I loved hearing the text so much I think I might have to buy the paper copy too! Thank you
"Really powerful and well articulated book"
I wasn't keen on the speed of narration at the beginning but when the pace smoothed out, I could focus on the message.
I am part of a mindfulness group and this brilliantly complemented the teachings. it is easily accessible to all and overall great.

These reflections and opportunities for practice are well worth a listen, whether familiar with or new to mindfulness. I particularly enjoyed the references to literature, poetry, philosophy and art throughout the discussion, which provided vivid and memorable examples. I will definitely return to these recordings again and again.

This practice is life changing. This book is a wonderful, Jon Kabat-Zin is an incredibly warm and gentle guide full of wisdom and includes some beautiful poetry to illustrate the learning.
