Excellent introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Any additional comments?

This is an easy to understand beginner's guide to starting a mindfulness practice. It explains the different ways to be mindful with practice sessions. The narrator's voice is pleasant and easy to listen to. This audiobook really helped me to develop and maintain a daily practice of being mindful throughout the day and my different activities as well as just taking the time to sit and be mindful while meditating.

Repeat

I believe in the second to last chapter it keeps repeating one of the exercises over and over. Other than that, I enjoyed listening to it. It is for beginners and the reader's voice is soothing.
