very useful information

very useful info most of boxing would appear to be focused on the physical but the mental aspect can easily turn into self doubt or personal conflict. to know that these emotions are normal as well as manageable is a great load off. now to appy a practice the techniques one step at a time .

Excellent!!

Excellent book! (Also please note I am picky about books and never write reviews but this book was so good I wanted to write one). This book was informative, to the point, and gave excellent strategies that really helped. I do boxing and after reading the first ten pages my performance had a substantial increase. My performance even improved in other areas of my life including my career and relationships! I thought the book would only apply to boxing but it had really helped me in other areas of my life too. I am reading it a second time now. I highly recommend this book. You will not be wasting your time, especially if you actively implement the steps!
