    "Very Easy to Relax with this Guided Meditation"
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    Yes, I found this audiobook very useful for relaxing, which made it very easy to take a nap. I will be using it on day where I find it difficult to fall asleep, something I know some of my friends need, too.


    What did you like best about this story?

    I loved the nature sounds, soft melody, soothing guided meditation and the relaxing slow pace of the entire audiobook. It really forces you to stop rushing your thoughts, which I welcomed - as I tend to have a hard time switching from high energy to night mode.


    Any additional comments?

    This audiobook is great for falling asleep, or just unwinding before bed. If you do fall asleep with it, made sure you have comfortable earphones in instead of headphones - which tend to get in the way of hard won sleep.

    "Good until it wakes you back up"

    Great meditation to help you sleep. and then chapter 4 wakes you right back up because the narrator starts talking again. WTF? All she is saying is who wrote it and copyright info, which is in chapter 1. Felt like you needed to cover that again, did you?

    Anybody struggling to sleep out there needs to try this. It worked on the initial bedtime as well as the nocturnal awakening

    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    If there wasn't so much time taken up by breath-counting.


    What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

    Most interesting was the narrator's soft voice. Least interesting was waiting for the breathing exercises to end. Felt like a spoof!


    How could the performance have been better?

    Less time spent on the breathing excercises.


    You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    Yes, the author's voice was relaxing.
