We have never had a television in our home and our children are now mid twenties to 19. We listen together and look for belly-wrenching laughter. So what is it like to live without a TV? Awesomely educational and inspirational. Each new book is a marvel.
This audio has repetitive reinforcements encouraging relaxation and positive thought. The soft music and calming voice are nice. This would be good to listen to prior to falling asleep. If you are not able to rest while listening the repeating voice may be annoying. This is not a book for listening and learning, it is a coach for learning to go to a resting thought process in mere minutes. This is a positive coach reinforcing good behavior of giving, compassion and love. Broken into two chapters so you can jump to a repeating session instead of starting at the beginning again.
