Yes, I will definitely listen to Meditation handbook again. Because it helps relieve the stress on my mind by doing some meditation that helps.
The narrator is effective in reading and expressing the thought of the book.
The idea that through meditation, the reader/listener will feel more at ease and found solace in listening to what my mind and heart tell me.
I absolutely loved this book by Sam Siv and the narration performed by Darren Roebuck. I am a fan of audio-books and when I decided that I wanted to re-read this book it made more sense just to listen to the audio-book. I had listened to the book while in bed one night and was so impressed with Darren Roebuck's narration. As I said I had already read this book so I knew that it was a good one, but I had never listened to anything by Roebuck before. The narration was smooth, relaxing and made me want to continue listening to more after the book was over! I highly recommend this audio-book to anyone looking for a guide on meditation.
I would listen to Meditation: Meditation Handbook Guide again to help me with my steps on meditation. This audiobook is very relaxing to listen to and the information is very informative.
This is the first time I have listened to an audiobook with a voiceover by Darren; but I enjoyed the tone that he set with this book.
This book on Meditation covers everything you can imagine. Everything from diet, thought processes and breathing are all covered.

I would recommend to to anyone that needs to relax and forget all the stresses of the world. Which is all of us. The world is crazy and we all need something to destress . This is the best way ever, no drugs or any unhealthy thing to get us later. I am so happy I have gotten and was able to find many benefits from this book. I think everyone should try meditation at least once in their life.
Like another reviewer, I thought this book would do more to lead one through the steps of meditation, instead of just telling the listener that meditation is good for one. Disappointed.
If the book would have spent time providing instructions on "how" to meditate. This is more of an abstract, self help book than an instructional book. The editing of the narration is also second tier.

this book is full of information on Meditation, the book is a review of quick meditation techniques with little descriptive instructions on how to follow up with this meditation I'm sure if your looking to find a unkown type of meditation this book might help you.. but I was looking for a more simple meditation technique .
