It moved me to tears several times.
Thighs is an excellent book on meditation. The sample meditations at the end are gentle and yet powerful. The book is a bit of a challenge to work through during a busy San Francisco commute, yet it lays the groundwork for your quiet time work later on. Great book!
I've listened to this book several times, even though I bought the hard copy. I even prefer the meditations that are at the end of it better than the ones that come w/ the cd in the back of the hard cover book. I've wanted to learn to meditate for years & tried various methods, but for some reason, this audio book works for me! I like the british voice & music in the meditations at the end of the audo better than the ones offered in the cd that comes w/ the hard cover book. I'd give it a try if you're on the fence.
I think this book is more for reading . listening to it just makes you sleepy
It is a book you could read and flip back and forward by pages : I will buy the book not the audible
