    "Rigid posture"

    too much talk of holding a rigidly perfect posture and following specific rules of breathing. if you are looking for a mindfullness recording look elsewhere...if you can ignore all the talk of posture and muscle contractions and on and on maybe the meditation will be usefull.

    Meditating with the body has been very healing and calming. I am more fully present to explore my awareness. Letting our body release what we are holding is very liberating. Thank goodness my daughter, Sara introduced me this loving, gifted and giving Spirit
