I enjoyed this book and all the practical ways Mariel speaks about enhancing your life by concentrating on what you eat, where you work, where you live and how you move. It's inspiring, comforting and comprehensive in its delivery.
This book is amazing. You'll hear about 4 aspects of your life that are most important and how to balance them with small changes and exercises to become a better version of yourself. I loved it so much I purchased the paper copy (with recepies and yoga poses). Totally recommended :)
