Doesn't follow book format

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This book would have played better if it had been a direct reading of the third edition.

Would you ever listen to anything by Gerald G. Jampolsky, M.D. again?

Yes

How did the narrator detract from the book?

This was an annoying interview of the author and really didn't offer solutions and guidelines toward putting the concepts from ACIM into action. Quite a disappointment, especially considering the price!

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Very disappointed.

Any additional comments?

Please note when the format is not the same as the original title!

By far the worst book I ever bought on audible

What disappointed you about Love Is Letting Go of Fear?

This is an interview, not a book. Not a real interview but a pretend one arranged to promote the book. Painful to listen to.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Nothing by this author

What didn’t you like about Gerald G. Jampolsky, M.D.’s performance?

It appeared to be a book my wife wanted to listen to so I bought it for her. It is again, an interview ABOUT a book he apparently wrote.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Anger at wasting my money

Any additional comments?

I think I made my feelings known.

Not the Real Book

Would you consider the audio edition of Love Is Letting Go of Fear to be better than the print version?

No way to compare - this was not a reading of the print version, which was disappointing. Apparently, the actual book is not available on Audible. The interview was valuable, but I would have rather heard the actual book first - then the commentary would have been more helpful.

What did you like best about this story?

It broke down some of the content of "A Course in Miracles", and made it useful in a practical way.

What three words best describe Gerald G. Jampolsky M.D.’s voice?

Soothing, practiced, matter-of-fact.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No

Any additional comments?

As said above, I would have liked to hear a reading of t he actual book before I heard the interview. I was annoyed because I saw no indication that this was merely an interview before I bought this book.

life changing....

life changing for you and the world around you.....when you apply the simple daily lessons. Focus on inner peace as your primary goal. Let go of past misperceptions and be in the now, right now. The past will only enter the future when we put them together with our thoughts.

It IS the audio book

The first 4 chapters are an interview with Gerry. The audiobook starts at Chapter 5.
I see a lot of comments that it's not the book or it's just an interview. You have to let it play. Or just start at Chapter 5 if you're not interested in the interview.

Not a reading of the book

Gerald G. Jampolsky is simply interviewed rather than a narration of the book. A bit disappointing
