"Lose weight naturally"
Having tried a couple of other 'lifestyle' audiobooks I didn't hold out too much hope for this one - however I followed the instructions and played it every night for a month and it actually does what it says on the box!
I am not a natural athlete (understatement) and although I have every exercise machine known to woman, before listening to Christian Baker absolutely no motivation to use them - since purchasing the audio book, through exercise and diet I have reduced my body mass index to below 25 and lowered by blood pressure sufficiently to convince my GP that I no longer need medication.
I found the book easy to listen to, the voice is light and pleasant, not patronising and most definitely English, there is no irritating background music and no straining to hear what is being said, although I do have a tendency to fall asleep before the end of the track.
This has worked for me and was considerably cheaper than most of the other things I have tried - I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight and gain some motivation to exercise.
