I was so deeply relaxed from the tape and it was very motovating. I really liked his voice and the "subliminal" messages.
I gave it 100% of my effort and I love every moment of it. I was truly enlightened on how I could focus on the reader and realized I was envisioning what they requested and felt myself going further into relaxation. I feel confident in my choices throughout the day and use it weekly to keep everything in control and at ease.
Used to be a great reader, now i'm aspiring to be a great listener as well.
I did not lose weight [sad], but i enjoyed listening to this program and will continue listening to it. I will share that i reduced my chocolate intake, and i drink water more often. It could be the summer season, but i never was a great water-drinker before. The music and narration are engaging.
I figured if nothing else it would be helpful for going to sleep at night. But this has proven to be working. I have suddenly noticed at different times that I have not been 'grazing' all day like I normally would be. Or I have not been having something before bed. I have no problem with heavy accents, or different pronunciations of words, so that part did not bother me like it has other reviews. All in all, I am very happy I got this one.

I was skeptical, but after listening to the narrator, two days later I didn't want to eat as much. I even felt annoyed when people would offer food. Later, I walked thirty minutes and felt great. Downside! you must listen to it again two days later or it doesn't have as much of an effect. At least not on me. Happy with the purchase.
My cravings are gone, I don't eat between meals, I crave healthy foods the same way that I used to crave junky food.
I own another Weight loss hypnotic book. It's much better. I had a tough time listening to this man talk. LIsten to the sample first, make sure he doesn't rake on your nerves. You want to be relaxed!
Forget the "subliminal suggestions" comments and myths, that's not what serious hypnosis is about. If you aren't conscious of everything that's said on the tape, then you simply fell asleep and got little more out of the experience than a nice nap and maybe a placebo effect.
Hypnosis is simply about helping you change your assumptions and attitudes by "practicing" them in your mind first. It's another tool in your toolbox, helping you to change your attitude towards food and exercise, but it will not do it for you.
From what I've seen, tapes like this can be pure junk or can be very well done. I fid this audio to be be in the latter category - very relaxing and helpful in destressing about eating and changing my habits. If I'm craving food for emotional reasons, listening to this audio or to soothing music can help me sort out the emotions and put things back into perspective.
