Chapter by chapter, they name the problem, and move from core ideas like identity and meaning to solutions like improving self, relationships and community.I highly recommend this gentle but powerful book
I actually enjoyed this book quite a bit. Sometimes it is really nice to listen something that is so positive. It is easy to get down, especially if you have gone through a breakup or lost a person you are close to. A little bit of inspiration can really go a long way. Maybe this book is not everyone's cup of tea, but for me it was exactly what I needed.

This is the first performance i'm hearing of Valerie Gilbert and this is great.
