    "Old data from old studies"

    Too much old information that new studies have proven false. The author needs to read "Wheat Belly Total Health" instead of telling us there is no way to loose visceral fat since he keeps saying he can't loose his.

    "Great Overview on Healthy Living"

    This is a basic primer course on heathy living--it's quite extensive but never digs too deeply into a single subject. And the course continuously reinforces some very basic concepts for healthy living. Because of this, most health professionals are probably familiar with much of this lecture already. I am, however, not a health professional so I walked away with a ton of useful stuff from this course!

    Not all the subjects interested me but the narration was well done and kept me engaged. The author brings a sense of discovery and curiosity, which makes even the chapters that might not apply to me (I'm a younger male), engaging.

    I was searching for a health resource that wasn't specialized, and one that I could apply to my life right away. And this was an excellent choice! It's not a get-fit-quick book; it's a treasure trove of wisdom in ways we can make one degree changes in our lives that will allow us to get more from each day. "It's not the destination--it's the journey", Goodman writes; this audio book certainly is helping out on my own. Recommended.

    "Very informative and easy to follow."

    This course was full of very informative and interesting lectures. It was easy to understand and follow. The narrator had an easy to listen to, easy to understand voice. I learned a lot and looked forward to listening to it each time. I was almost sorry it was over.

    "Seems more like a stage for his accolades."

    I did not finish the book. I returned it.
    I have no doubt that he is an expert in the field, but I did not enjoy the presentation.
