Wow, I am really impressed with the way a 35 min book can make you stop an think about all extra things you carry with you an then explains how to get just let it go. Im not saying you gonna feel 100% better after one listen but, you will think an start to use what you've learned on a daily basis. I highly recommend this book.
If it has letters strung into words that form a story which draws me in, I won't be able to resist it. Is there a reader's anonymous?
The instructions are simple, and this would be a book worth listening to say at the start of every week (or even daily – it’s a short and to the point enough to be manageable), to remind yourself of the steps and get into the habit of letting go.I didn’t find anything ground breaking in this book, however I found the value in the book was in being reminded of the steps and processes which we can so easily forget when life starts to get away from us. Not every step or process will apply to everyone, but there is enough in this book that everyone should find something to inspire them. The author shares some nice quotes in this book, which are relevant to the topic and add to the material presented.
I was given this audiobook in exchange for an honest review after listening to the author’s other book “Mindfulness Meditation”. I would suggest listening to that book as well, as I think they complement each other.

Yes, I found the listening experience to be a stress relief in itself.
This book, given to me as a review copy, had the perfect pace and tone to start the letting go process.
I was actually having a very stressful situation at the time I listened to it and it really helped without making me feel like I needed ten years of therapy to feel calmer.
There were many good suggestions, the ones I used this time might not be the ones I use in the future.
The narrator was perfect, the pace was perfect and most importantly, I felt much better after listening, like my head was screwed on right again.
Unimpressive! Very poorly written no exercises to try/practice pretty useless book. Author probably read some Other letting go book or maybe made up? Either way not at all helpful unless you're 5 then MAYBE it MIGHT be useful or helpful the narration definitely misleading!
