Hi Lynn,
I recently got separated from a 27 years relationship. I enrolled myself in dating sites but had no idea what dating these days meant.
I appreciate your book as I needed a reminder of how men are and think and about all the do’s and don’ts when starting dating.
I can tell you I was out of practice after being in the same sickening relationship for so long.
I questioned my self worth after the infidelity of my ex, but it wasn’t until I decided to live, that I noticed I was still attractive, sexy and desirable to other men.

Not bad
I found the reflective questions very helpful. The narrator pronounces oxytocin incorrectly. The author comes off as judgy against "strippers." However, much props to the author for writing a book.

it was a simply but yet had so many great points
. great advice from loving yourself and examples of some of the men we date. its a book i will listen to over.

good advice
very sound ,direct advice.simple stupid if you ask me but is in this book it organized in a way to clearly see the areas you need to adjust, correct, and love ones self. nice listen
