This audio session, Laughter Yoga, contains two classes. Both use simple verbal instructions mixed with Linda's irresistibly infectious laugh. The classes will leave you smiling from ear to ear, while feeling happy, energized and relaxed. The first Laughter Yoga class is 22 minutes in length, and the second is a shorter 11 minute version which is ideal if you have less time. Both classes use clear, easy to follow expert instruction from Linda Woodgate - professionally recorded in the Wellbeing World sound studio.
The classes include clapping and movement, yogic breathing, laughter exercises such as “The Expanding Ball” and “Reach for the Sky:. Both end with a short guided relaxation set to soothing background music.
