A better book to own in paper formate

The book has too many references to past or future chapters. This makes it difficult to follow in an audio format. The book also has lists and tables that can’t be seen our used in the audio format.

Fantastic

Great book. As a husband it has taught me much about the areas I can be there for my wife and how I can make our whole relationship better.

Matter of Fact, but from the Heart.

Laura has a gentle way of presenting true principles in a logical, understandable way. Her examples, including lessons she's learned from her own experience, helped me recognize that my marital difficulties are pretty common and can be overcome. This book has been very valuable to me during a very difficult crisis.

Lots of repetition

There was a lot of good information in the book, but the author repeated herself often. Sometimes the ideas were repeated, some sometimes the repeat was verbatim. Overall I enjoyed the book and would recommend it.

This book is NOT for a betrayed spouse

There is some good information but not in the right order. I think, Chapter 14 SHOULD BE NUMBER 1.

There is way more information on how the woman SHOULD "please" her man than there is for the man to "be intimate" with his wife.

Sad there is a mention of a stripper position in this book. A sex therapist, should never reference a sex worker in the manner this author did.

Too many bad references to a betrayed spouse.

This is exactly what I thought it would be!

The author states what she's going to say, then says it, then re states what she said, and closes with what she said. At first this format was a little annoying. But by the third chapter I was grateful for it. Some of us learned better that way.

I found the information and references she used to be credible. I would recommend this book to anyone who was raised being taught sex is not of God or has had sexual trauma and wants to be in an intimate relationship. She lays out a very good case that sex is from God and that sex is to be enjoyed.
