kick ass...

Gunnar Fox has a great voice and a very motivational way of speaking...it's not just in his message, it's in the delivery too. I purchased this book to see if I wanted to give it to my step-daughter who is stuggling in her sophmore year of college, not grade wise, but motivation wise, she's not enjoying her college experience and I was looking for something to help her out of her slump. I will definitely be giving her a copy to help her out :)))))

Going to college? Listen to this!

What made the experience of listening to Kick Ass in College the most enjoyable?

The author and reader is passionate about his message.

Any additional comments?

This book is for students - not adults or parents. Its a heart to heart and very frank discussion about what YOU will DO to make it at college. This books cuts through the noise and gives no nonsense advice. And the humor is pretty good too!

It's a good motivational audiobook

But if you want to save yourself the burden of buying and listening to the book the main point is to study and read the textbooks of your classes. I personally don't agree with his dietary tips. I'm sure that there is scientific evidence to support his hypotheses about the benefits of good eating habits and how all that jazz makes you that much more effective as a learner, but what would college be without beer, pizza, chicken wings, ramen noodles, and tons of coffee? Especially those 99 cent totinos or jenos pizzas; man that is a dietary staple for college students. But otherwise it is a good listen and it possesses a large amount of useful information, and maybe some or all of it is now plugged into my subconscious memory and it will positively change my life.
