One of the best!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Kick-Ass Creativity to be better than the print version?

Yes, I have both & the reader on the Audible is excellent.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Kick-Ass Creativity?

I'm an artist & many of the books like this one are not written by artists. They don't quite get our approach to life... This author is an artist & she is very helpful in all the right ways.

Have you listened to any of Teresa Willis’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Not yet but I look forward to listening to her again!!

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Kick-Ass Creativity?

Too many to list here!

Any additional comments?

I'm very happy I got this book, it is better than any others (and there are many) I have gotten so far.

Lame-Ass Book

Would you try another book from Mary Beth Maziarz and/or Teresa Willis?

No way would I buy another book from this author.

Has Kick-Ass Creativity turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, I still want to read books about creativity I simply want to read GOOD books about creativity and this is not one of them.

How could the performance have been better?

Narrator tried hard to make the author's words lively. Not her fault that the words and concepts were trite.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Kick-Ass Creativity?

This is one of those books that talks about what it will talk about but never really talks about it. Got 3 chapters into it then gave up.

Any additional comments?

If one wants to read a really good book about creativity, forget this one and immediately buy and download and enjoy listening to Elizabeth Gilbert's "Big Magic". She knows what she is talking about and writes so well and then narrates it with such warmth that she really does communicate "big magic".

Some good info, but over all my relevant to artists. (Unless you start with enough $ to live off of...)

This will make you feel wonderful about yourself if you come from privilege and need to be inspired. There's a lot of good stuff here but yikes.

Dissappointing

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Could not listen to this... I found it to be anti-creativity for me. The book seems to be written from the perspective that creativity is lacking or is a problem

What was most disappointing about Mary Beth Maziarz’s story?

For the first hour the author, kept going over and over how difficult it can be to create, skipped through the rest and it seemed to be repeating the same message.
