I can not even begin to tell you how this book has helped me!! Such truth, and wisdom, mixed with humor.
This book helped me out so much, as it told me the truth over and over again. I put this on head phones at night, so I wouldn't have to think about he ex.
Love it, would recommend it to anyone!!

It's helping a lot!!

I bought the audio the next day after a break up of a 5 year relationship (he dumped me), and it has helped me tremendously in getting through this. It has helped me save a great deal of my dignity and see a positive side to this whole situation. I would definitely recommend it.

Would you listen to It's Called a Breakup Because It's Broken again? Why?

This was a straight-forward book highlighting the ridiculous things you think and do during a breakup. Some of the examples made me laugh out loud...and I was happy I couldn't relate to many of them. I think it was a humorous way to state the obvious because let's face it when you're in the midst of a break-up you can spin your wheels thinking all kinds of stories and ridiculous half-truths. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

i related much more to the male in the story vs the female but overall a great listen for getting over breakup

Good advice

I actually liked this book. BUT, I found it AFTER I made it thru the toughest parts of my breakup. There is a lot of humor in this book, which I liked, but again, I had already made it thru the hardest parts. if you are going thru the beginning of a breakup, you may not want to hear the jokes or quips just yet, but I would still recommend you get this book for when you're ready.

They did it again!

As always, best-selling author/comedian, Greg Behrendt & his super-smart wife, (Amira knows an emotionally intelligent/healthy hottie when she sees one!), deliver a fun read with practical advice on using tough experiences to become a happier, healthier person. I only wish they'd narrated this one themselves, like they did their other books-the narrators of this one, didn't quite do it justice; bring back Greg & Amira, please!

helpful, informative and inspiring

I went through a really hard breakup with someone i thought was "the one" and expected a future with. this helped me with the pain and perspective. would definitely recommend to those going through a painful breakup.

I fall asleep to it every night and it soothes me. I highly reccomend it.
