This audio yoga class has been devised specifically to introduce some of the postures and practices included in the Ashtanga primary series. It is suitable for those who are familiar with basic yoga postures and are wishing to commence an Ashtanga style yoga practice.
This audio yoga class includes Surya Namaskar A & B and a selection of acheivable standing and floor-based held postures to help prepare the body and mind for some of the more challenging postures contained within the Ashtanga primary series. The class has been devised and narrated by Rod Watson, an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching for over 25 years. The class is easy to follow and comes with a free PDF guide booklet.
