Internationally acclaimed psychic medium and best-selling author John Edward has captivated audiences worldwide with his unique abilities to connect people with loved ones who have crossed over to the Other Side. Now in this groundbreaking book, John takes you on an infinite quest to develop your own psychic intuition as a powerful tool for taking charge of your life.
John believes that everyone has intuitive energy and psychic potential - for instance, many of us can recall knowing that the phone was going to ring and who it was on the other end, or we will “get a feeling” about something. That “feeling” is psychic energy. His goal is to help you understand your intuitive potential and tap into it to take chances and make choices with confidence.
By following certain guidelines and intuition-building exercises on this meta-physical journey, we can learn to get in touch with our Spirit Guides and identify the psychic energy around us on deeper levels - including connecting with the energy of those who have passed. John also explores the importance of psychic self-defense and reveals how divination tools like numerology and tarot cards can further assist you on your path.
Like John’s new website that gives this book its name, Infinite Quest is truly a “portal to all things metaphysical”.

John Edward takes you through the ins and outs of the psychic world. He gives you a complete understanding of the ethics of using your psychic abilities as well as an overview of how to develop them into usable skills to make your life more complete.
This is a must for beginners and old hands alike.
This book had a lot of good information and I enjoyed it for the most part. I just had a hard time with how many mentions of his website he threw in. At times I didn't know if I was listening to a commercial or the actual book. Also, Mr. Edwards seems to be a bit too arrogant for my taste.
Very interesting uplifting and full of wonderful guidance. I loved this book. Not one to teach you how to be a medium or physic but packed with great information on developing your psychic intuition. Down to earth and highly spiritual.
Informative, intuitive, insightful book, a must read for those interested in the other side. It has helped me immensly.
I've always Loved John Edward & was blessed to have seen him in person so I was excited about this book. Listened to it, LOVED it - WILL listen to it again! It's excellent and John's sense of humor is Always entertaining!! Worth every penny!
If there were more pertinent advice. The author tends to veer off the subject a lot of times, so many side stories. You could totally delete the first part and not miss a thing. Talks about EGO which he has a lot of, still. I have a "feeling" he's still so full of himself and self-promotion rather than an innate desire to help others.
Don't know why but this is the kind of book I'm struggling to finish for lack of interest. Probably not really my cup of tea.
Funny and clever as ever. He offers some cautionary information about using psychic abilities if you decide to develop them. Great book! I have an autographed hard copy as well ;).
I love all the excersices that he does in this book, very detailed. Thanks to it I have continued with my spiritual growing and am excited to learn and serve.
The repetitive themes revealed a lack of content and demonstrated a complete lack of depth on any particular topic, aside from the author's own self-promotion. The continual reminder to minimize one's ego would be sound advice to the author, which seems quite hypocritical.
After you suffer through the first hour or two, the remainder of the audio book was an overview of different psychic techniques without a substantial treatment on any a given topic. There certainly are better sources for a contrast and comparison of various psychic techniques. Most of the information is watered-down dribble.
His attempt to be conversational and charasmatic was awful. Audible should have used a different narrator. And the occasional use of profanity did not emphasize a point but would tend to detract from the presentation.
It was twice as long as it should have been. The degree of repetition was unbearable. The author's desire to be
If the author had any substantial understanding or experience with the topics, you would never know by listening to this audiobook.
This felt like a retaliation book for all people who have upset this man. He has a powerful gift, I do believe that. This was just a venting of his issues for the most part. He should have just sent them an email...
"John Edward - Infinite Quest"
I am a fan, I admit, of the enigmatic John Edward. His TV shows are great fun to watch, he seems to enjoy talking with people and his patter is peppered with puns and laughter.
I downloaded this audio book because I am fascinated with all things spiritual. When I decided to look for inspiration and deeper insights, I turned to my favourite TV medium. This book is serious, not just in John Edward's devotion to the topic, but in the sombre guidance you get from John during this two part unabridged book. It covers everything I'd had questions about and it encourages huge amounts of personal progression through exercises and meditations. John displays great authority when advising against those seeking to "make a quick buck" out of mediumship and also acknowledges the more sinister elements of charlatan types plaguing the industry. On the flip side, John's anecdotes were delivered in his signature warm, friendly manner and the obvious passion he feels for working in his field resonates in his strong tone.
All in all I was very pleased with my first ever audiobook choice, beautifully narrated (by the author), well presented and easy to follow. Despite the length, (nearly 9 and a half hours), it was easy to dip in and out of; I didn't feel the need to listen to it all at once and the intermittent exercises gave me time to digest and process the information in a chapter before moving on to the next.
My only criticism is that it could be just a little bit repetitive at times. i understand that recaps are needed but it reminded me too much of the prolonged recaps done on TV shows after each ad break!! Apart from that though, brilliant stuff; informative, instructive, inspirational. I'm still a fan!
