Like many people, I have struggled with low self esteem throughout my life. Sometimes, I feel like that's the thing that's holding me back from truly going after what I want in life. I found that this audiobook helped me tap into a part of my mind that I often fill with negative thoughts about myself. The affirmations here helped me change the way I talk to myself and have helped me start building a better self image.
