This book has been almost magical for me! I can now relax myself completely, at any time! I can now fall asleep within just a couple of minutes, instead of hours! Even if you are just curious about the subject, this book is the one that I would recommend to anyone!
I found this book easy and fun to read, while also instilling confidence from the beginning. The majority of books I have since read on the subject are fairly dry and often take some understanding of specific terminology to grasp. But none the less contain often times necessary information for any true seeker.
The book provides you with some general overview of hypnosis and areas of use. It also provides you with hypnosis scripts. One warning regarding hypnosis scripts in general - any given script may or may not work for you, so instead of using scripts verbatim as they are presented, feel free to alter the wording to meet your particular needs and preferences.
I have Listened this book several times and have found it extremely useful. Anyone interested in hypnosis, especially those who wish to begin using it to enhance the lives of themselves and others, should consider this book a must.

I am a true believer in the power of the subconscious mind so I am very thankful that I just stumbled upon this book. Hypnosis is an astonishingly effective way of reducing pain and I am trying to learn self-hypnosis. The book gave me the basic understanding and some interesting info on the other practical uses of hypnosis and hypnotherapy like maybe losing some weight and helping me improve my performance at work.This book ultimately covered important and helpful techniques which involves the mind in order to control your life. I never liked the thought of hypnosis so I avoided everything that remotely had to do the event with the theme. However, I saw this book in the kindle store and I grew involved in it. I experienced from trouble and the author was pretending that it could heal trouble, so why not? I am happy that I got the book as it exposes all the stories (and some of these stories were the reason why I was withdrawing hypnosis), it explained why hypnosis is really good for you and how hypnosis truly cures depression and stress. If you want a book that includes everything you need to understand about depression, get this one!

A great beginner book for hypnosis. A great introduction to hypnosis and self hypnosis. It tells you all the ways that you can be helped and help others, with hypnosis. It has taught me some beginner skills that are very helpful, so far.
