i can say that this text has done what How to Win Friends and Influnce People and that is give a step by step guide on multiple trchniques on how to imporve social skills. Will be re-reading for a long time.

Who knew 92 golden nuggets would actually lighten the weight on your shoulders.

Not a wasted word, easy to digest, well written and spoken. This I is a much needed life changer, like where have you been all my life.

Great underlying content

The 92 little tricks are a “must know” for anyone in sales and marketing and management. They are also very useful for personal development. If one can cut through the many tired cliches and at times tacky analogies this book is an essential communication reference.

This book requires to be listened to over and over again to ensure that you catch everything. Very informative and gives a new perspective.

Not bad for the price.

This could have easily been 50 or 60 tips. This is the type of book (audible) for my usual coast to coast flights that can be great to fill in the time. So if you spend a lot of time at an airport, this is for you. The tips in the book are pretty common sense, backed by stories and examples from the author.
