Richard Bandler - the world-renowned co-creator of NLP who has helped millions around the world change their lives for the better - has teamed up once again with Italian NLP Master Trainer Alessio Roberti and co-founder of the Irish Institute of NLP Owen Fitzpatrick, to offer a simple yet engaging introduction to the groundbreaking ideas of NLP.
Written in the form of a fable, Choose Freedom is the prequel to The Ultimate Introduction to NLP. Once again Bandler invites readers into his workshops and illustrates the theories and techniques he has spent years developing.
Based around a three-day introductory course, this audiobook will give you the tools you need to start making an effective change today.
From explaining the importance of self-belief and how to change beliefs, to how to control your emotions and negative thinking, and how to create the life you want.
This is an easy-to-read and inspiring account that readers can turn to time and again.

"Richard Bandler is a Leonardo of our times. He is one of our living greats." (The Guardian Weekend)
"The must have self-help book!" (Paul McKenna)
Gradually developed methods and story which was better than just telling you
Clearer understanding because of the format
"Better than expected"
The story telling helped me to understand better instead of instructional book of do and donts.
"More of a narrative than a users guide imo..."
More of a narrative than a users guide imo nonetheless the book delivered on several NLP tactics for change both immediate & longer term. I would recommend this to an open minded friend.
"Could be better"
No . This is obviously supposed to be an important topic but infusing the story with some kind of banal love interest and descriptions of what people are wearing is just tedious and irritating. I also consider referring to someone as a gorilla is totally unacceptable and unprofessional . Some of the examples given were unorthodox too and slightly dubious.
It would have been better if they just stuck to the theory and not bothered with the badly written banal story.
"Amazingly helpful book"
The information was very useful and could listen to this book over and over again. I wished they had some chapters at the end which reminded you of the techniques though
"A basic story, but lacking techniques"
For a users guide, I was expecting a guide. Unfortunately, this works out to be simply a story following a man at a NLP workshop.
The end fizzles out, again without much of a take-home message or useful advice.
"Just like riding down stream"
This book was so easy to listen to that giving it anything other than 5 stars seems churlish. Exactly how you'd hope the actual course would be. A very pleasant journey.
"Light and enjoyable"
It was light and easy to listen to
I liked the expression in his voice. He was quite humorous
Always learn something from this dude. Great stuff IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE.:)))) YOUR OWN VIRUS CHECKS ON ANY OTHER PERSON WHO
"Short, sweet, to the point."
Though short, this covers all the salient points about NLP. Doing it with a fictional (if protracted) story, makes it easier to digest.
